WHY WATCH AT NOVA CINEMA?

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Ticket prices vary between date/time and screen number. Once you have selected your desired film, you will be redirected to the pricing page.

 

HOW LONG ARE THE ADS/TRAILERS?

Most films will have around 15/20 minutes of ads/trailers however this can vary depending on the film, so we advise that you come at the ticketed start time. Please note that Nova Kids screenings have reduced ads/trailers. Relaxed screenings feature no ads/trailers.

 

DO YOU HAVE ACCESS AND COMPANION RATE TICKETS?

One access rate ticket includes a companion for free. Please ask in venue for any further assistance or select the relevant ticket option when booking online.

 

DO YOU OFFER ANY CONCESSIONS ON TICKETS?

We offer student, blue light, senior and access rate tickets. For student tickets you will need to show a valid student ID or proof you're in school. Senior tickets are for those 60 and over. Please ask in venue for any further assistance or select the relevant ticket option when booking online.

 

CAN SOMEONE UNDER THE AGE REQUIREMENT COME TO SEE A 15 OR 18 FILM WITH AN ACCOMPANYING ADULT?

In order to view films with a 15 or 18 certificate you must be of the legal age requirement. Please be ready to provide proof of age to ensure access to these films (Passport, Driving Licence, Student Card are all suitable forms of ID).

 

DO I NEED TO PRE-BOOK TICKETS?

You do not need to pre-book tickets and can purchase them within our cinema foyer, however we do advise pre-booking in order to miss the queues and to ensure you do not miss out when there is limited availability.

 

DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN MEERKAT MOVIES?

Yes we do. This is not bookable online and must be booked in person. Please make sure you have your meerkat movie code ready when booking your tickets in our cinema foyer. Please note that Meerkat Movies cannot be used for Screen 7 or Nova Live events. There is a surcharge to book Premium seating using Meerkat Movies.

 

HOW LONG DO YOU SHOW FILMS FOR?

We are unable to provide information on how long we will show a film. We get our programme on a week to week basis and films are updated every Friday.

 

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY BOOKING?

Nova Cinema bookings are non-refundable.

 

CAN I EDIT MY BOOKING?

For bookings within 24 hours of the film time, please head to the Kiosk located in the cinema foyer for assistance with your booking. For bookings over 24 hours away please contact help@novacinema.com if you would like to edit your booking. 

 

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Nova Cinema is located on Level 1 of the Peacocks Shopping Centre. Parking is available in the Blue and Yellow Shoppers Car Park. For those travelling by train, Woking Train Station is a short walk away. There are also regular bus services to the town centre.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

For bookings within 24 hours of the film time, please head to the Kiosk located in the cinema foyer when you arrive for your film for assistance with your booking. We recommend that you check your junk/spam folder just in case! For further enquiries please contact help@novacinema.com

DO YOU SELL ANY FOOD AND DRINK?

We have a wide variety of hot and cold refreshments that can be purchased at the Kiosk located in the cinema foyer. Please note that any hot food not purchased in venue will not be allowed in to our screens.

 

CAN I PAY IN CASH?

Please note we are currently unable to accept cash.

 

WHAT ARE PREMIUM SEATS?

Experience the best of cinema from our premium seats! Located perfectly in the centre of our screens to ensure you don't miss an ounce of action and allow you to fully immerse yourself in the film the way the filmmaker intended. 

Not only are they the best spot in the screen but you'll be relaxing in style as well as comfort in our red leather seats.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SCREEN 7 AND YOUR OTHER SCREENS?

Screen 7 is our luxury screen fitted with leather reclining seats located next to our Nova Bar which offers a variety of drinks and snacks.

 

DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

We do not currently offer Nova Cinema gift vouchers.

How old do you need to be to join? 

You must be at least 18 years old to join our Super Nova membership.

How long will I be a member?
Your Super Nova membership will last for one year from sign up. As your membership period comes to an end you will recieve an email inviting you to renew your membership for the following year. 
 
What films can I watch?
You can watch any standard public 2D, 3D, or Screen 7 screening including our relaxed, subtitled and Nova Tots screenings. Your membership excludes our Nova Live screenings which will need to be booked at our standard rate. 
 
How do I book?
You can book both online or at the cinema kiosk. Simply log into your account to apply.
 
How many tickets can I book at once?
You can spread your 5 free tickets across the year or use them all at once. Super Nova allows you to bring a friend for 10% off each time you visit. Once you have used all your free tickets all members will also receive 10% off.
 
Can I get a physical card?
No need for a physical card! Simply use your log in details to claim your perks.


How do I amend my membership?

You can amend your membership at any time by logging into your account here or by visiting the cinema kiosk. 
 
How do I prove my membership?
To prove your membership please provide your registered email address when at the cinema kiosk.
 
Can I lend my membership or give my ticket(s) to someone else?
Your membership is only valid for use by you.
 
Which food and drinks can I get discount on?
10% discount is available on all food and drinks at the cinema kiosk and bar excluding alcohol.
 

I received a Super Nova membership as a gift, how do I activate my account?

Your account is already active. Ask the person who set up your membership for your log in details. You will then be able to log in and update your details at any time.
